Cucumber & Blueberry Breakfast Smoothie
One of the vegetarian recipes for hypothyroidism.
½ cup frozen blueberries
1 cup chopped cucumber
½ tsp flaxseeds
½ tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp almond butter
1 tsp of organic raw cacao powder
1 cup of milk of your choice
- Blend all of the ingredients in the blender until smooth. Add more milk to change the consistency if needed.
