Chia Seed Pudding

Chia Seed Pudding

If you’re looking for a quick breakfast full of protein that keeps you satiated till lunch, and light enough so you don’t feel like going back to sleep as soon as you finish eating, look no further!

This is the easiest thyroid healing recipes, you can even make it in the evening and just add the fruit when you wake up.

200ml milk (you can use either cow milk or alternative milks like almond milk)

40g of chia seeds (around 4 spoonfuls)

Fresh or stews fruit to finish

  • Mix the two first ingredients in a bowl or a jar and let it set for 10 min or overnight. It might need a good stir after 5 mins, as it thickens, just to be sure everything is mixed properly.

It doesn’t have a specific taste on its own, but the combinations are limitless. Here I added some crushed mango and blueberries. But you could also add cocoa and coconut flakes. Or matcha tea. Or baked apples with cinnamon and raisins. Or baked rhubarb. You can even mix in some probiotics, just open a probiotic capsule and mix it in, or some collagen and it becomes a nutritious bomb. Enjoy experimenting!
